* Why do you want staff on nexolity? Becasue I would like to join back to the staff team helping players banning hackers stuff like that.

* How would you treat players and staff with a lower rank than you? Give them a better experience and help then of what to do or not.

* How would you treat players with a higher rank than you? I dont know to be honest just probally listen to them and what they want me to do

* What would you do if you thought someone was banned unfairly? I will tell them why i banned then and show them the prove of them hacking or something

* What would you do if you thought a staff member's rank was taken away unfairly? I would ask the owner why they were demoted or why their rank got taken away. But i wont question why.
